What do you include with your packages?
Everything. Cups, linen, table if needed, barista(s), espresso machine, flavor syrups, espresso, milk, cooler…everything you need for your personal coffeehouse experience to be a success.
Do have special electrical requirements?
No. We just need access to an outlet. For larger parties, we would probably need a dedicated outlet.
How far do you travel?
We go just about anywhere, but we define our service area to be within 25 miles of downtown Alpharetta. This covers most of Atlanta down to the airport, and the greater perimeter area. If the mileage to your event is more than 25 miles, we charge an out of area service fee of $35.00/hour of driving. The first 25 miles is free, then we charge after that. Same for return trip. There will be no surprise charges and you will always know right down to the penny what your event will cost prior to our arrival.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do. If you are tax exempt, let us know! If you provide us with proof of sales tax exemption, we do no have to charge sales tax. We also like to offer discounts where ever we can. We love to offer multi-party discounts. Talk with us!
Is there a limit on how many drinks people can have?
No. Guests can have as many as they want.
How is your pricing structure set up?
We use a group rate system. For example; For a group of 30-40 people, there is a rate. And so on. It’s kind of nice, because you don’t have to have an exact count.
What if I don’t know how many people I am going to have?
We try to get some idea or happy medium. We know that your guest list can change even on the day of the event. Primarily, we just want to make sure we have enough stuff to service your event. If there is absolutely no way to figure that out, we will “guesstimate” a count, and then we might go to what we call “actual count.” This means we will service your event, and while working, we will do a head count. Then we will apply that to our group rate charts. That is a good economical way of doing things because you are not overpaying. Really no catering company will do that for their client. We do.
Do you have decaf drinks?
Yes, almost all of our drinks can be decaf. The only exception would be our chai.
Do you offer anything sugar free?
Yes, most of our flavored lattes are available sugar free. Common flavors like vanilla, hazelnut, almond, irish cream, and english toffee always have the sugar free option. Seasonal flavors like pumpkin spice or other unusual flavors usually do not have a sugar free option. But, sometimes the manufacturer comes out with one sugar free.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept American Expresso ;), Visa, and Mastercard.
How long do you stay?
Usually for two hours. For groups less than 20, we now only do 90 minutes. However, if you have special circumstances let us know. We can adapt to whatever you are thinking about.
What type of ingredients do you use?
Only the highest quality available. We use Ghirardelli for our chocolate, white chocolate and caramel sauce, Torani syrups for our flavors, and real whipped cream for a topping. We are also famous for our cookie straw garnish. We also use Deans Beans as our espresso.
How do you set up for larger groups, say above 100?
We have equipment that can service that number. We recommend that you use our adapted menu to avoid confusion and long lines. Call and ask us about this, and we can explain what this means.
Do you have soy milk?
Yes, we bring it to all of our events. Sometimes, we bring almond milk as well.
I don’t like coffee. Is there anything that I can have at your events?
Yes, we offer hot chocolate, tea, chai, and sometimes spiced apple cider.
How do I tip?
Tips or gratuities are optional, but appreciated for a job well done. You can tip whatever amount you feel comfortable with. We never use tip jars!
Can I combine Mocha My Day services with other services like the chocolate fountain?
Yes, we love doing that, plus you get a discount.
I have my own espresso machine and things. I just need a barista to run it all. Do you do that?
Yes, we love doing the “Rent a Barista” thing. Just call!!
